Pots Pots Pots
This piece of pottery was just overall so fun to make. During the process of making it, I experimented by using different objects around me to lay the clay over. Once I found the perfect object (a mug) I laid the clay over it creating a hanging look at first but when flipped around it looks very whimsical. The colors I chose for this were supposed to be a little darker but it still looks very cool.
Falling Leaves
This is actually my favorite piece that I have made yet. The colors and depth of the leaves and clay is absolutely amazing. WHile making this, my goal was to make it so that it could be used for multiple things. Now looking at the final project, it accomplishes just that.
Sun and the Moon
This painting was very difficult for me. I am not a painter so getting the right colors and drawing very symmetrical was hard for me. I loved how it turned out and if I could change anything, I would add more colors within the sun and moon to make it pop more and have more depth.
Dreams
For this piece I used old, empty tape rolls. I had them sitting in my room and I had no clue what to do with them and then It hit me.: dream catcher. I have always been obsessed with dream catchers and their beauty. Creating this was so much fun and finding out color schemes and what to do in the middle of all of the tape rolls was such an experiment. I am pleased on how it turned out.
